Our Ever Popular Christmas Lunch will be Available again this year.

Champagne and Canapes

Bruleed Foie Gras and Chicken Liver Parfait with Roasted Spiced Fruits and Homemade Toasted Brioche.
Beef Consommé with Pheasant Dumplings, Baby Vegetables and Gruyere Croutons.
Warm Smoked Salmon Salad with Pickled Cucumber, Prawns, Quails Eggs and a Dill Dressing.

Champagne Sorbet

Ballontine of Turkey with Smoked Salmon Ham Loin, Apricot and Almond Stuffing, Hogs Pudding Stuffed Legs, Mini Chipolatas, Duck Fat Roast Potatoes and a Selection of Festive Vegetables.
Seafood Medley, Scallop, Sea Bass and Prawns served with a Lobster Ravioli, Julienne of Vegetables and a Lobster Bisque Sauce.
