Half Day Cookery School.
In addition to our Cookery School Vacation we are now offering a Half Day Cookery School on the following Dates.

Tuesday June 18th, Pasta / Pizza / Breadmaking
Tuesday June 25th, Barbecue, Hot and Spicy Theme
Tuesday July 2nd, Meat and Poultry.
Our Half Day School, for just €60 per person now includes.

Our Cookery School Vacation
Here at La Tartana we want to share our knowledge of food with our guests in a fun packed holiday where you can learn great skills, eat wonderful food, enjoy fabulous wines and see a little of this coastline.
We will discuss and prepare modern Spanish cuisine, fish and seafood preparation, bread making, Pasta & Risotto’s and the food of North Africa.
We will keep our courses small(8), so we can give you the maximum attention and ensure you gain lots of experience and information.
The accommodation in our boutique hotel is of a high standard and quality, there is Sky TV, Air Conditioning, Tea & Coffee making facilities etc.
Prices are per person and include accommodation, tuition, meals with wine or beer, trips and meals in local restaurants.
The following are not included, drinks from the bar, flights and airport transfers.

4th November, arrive at La Tartana, meet Chef and guests during welcome dinner

5th November, trip to Market to buy fresh fish and vegetables.
